Privacy

Here at Green Cheeky Baby, we value your privacy. Your personal information including email address, street address, phone number, and order history will not be sold to any outside individual or company for any reason (unless required by a court of law).

Orders and Payment

*Simply place your order via our online boutique.

*We gladly accept Paypal. ( you may make a payment through paypal without having a paypal account)

*You will receive your order receipt via e-mail; this is the only receipt you will receive as we strive to reduce waste whenever possible.

*Green Cheeky Baby reserves the right to refund and/or cancel any order for any reason after submission and to refuse shipment to any shipping address, and/or individual at any time.

Shipping

We currently ship to the US and Canada.

*All US orders qualify for free shipping on orders over $75.00 and anything under that amount will be shipped for a flat rate of $5.00.

*Due to the high cost of shipping, orders from Canada will need to contact us first for a shipping quote.

*Because of the Bum-Genius policy we are unable to ship any of their products to Canada.

*Orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, USPS Parcel Post, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground depending on the size and weight of your package.

*A shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provide.

*All orders will ship within 1-2 business days following payment and usually arrive within 2-7 business days.  Orders that are placed on the weekends will be shipped out on Monday. Some items may be “drop shipped” from the wholesaler; these items typically ship within 2-5 business days.

*Shipping Insurance is highly recommended and is available for purchase.  Green Cheeky Baby is not responsible for any items once they have shipped.  This includes lost in transit, damaged, or otherwise.

*If a package cannot be delivered for any reason other than carrier loss or damage, to the address you provided, or should you refuse the package, you hereby agree to pay for the order in full, including shipping expenses and waive all rights of chargeback.

*The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns.

*To reduce waste, your items may be shipped in a re-used box and your package will not contain an invoice.  All receipts are sent to you via email.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy please contact us before returning any items for an approval/return authorization. You MUST receive a conformation return email first and include a copy of your invoice with your return. How you choose to ship your return is up to you. We will not be responsible for lost or misdirected items.

*You may return or receive credit for any unwashed, unused, and in original packaging (if applicable) items within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, less any discounts and shipping charges. This means if I originally shipped your order for free, but it actually cost me $4.95 to ship it, your credit will be $4.95 less.  Items must be in new condition and odor-free.  Items returned to us that have been used, washed, stained, damaged, or in any way not “new” are not eligible for refund or store credit and will be returned to you.

*One used item may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.  All other items of the same style must be new, unused AND unwashed, and may also be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Because of these policies we urge you to only wash one of an item if you purchased a package, and try it on your child for size, function, etc. before washing the entire lot.

*Any “free” items shipped with your order MUST be returned with the rest of your order to be eligible to receive your refund or store credit.

*The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns.

*No exceptions will be made to our return policies.

Defective items / Manufacturer Warranty

If you believe that you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. Most manufacturers offer limited-time workmanship and materials warranties on select products.

*The majority of manufacturers prefer to handle defective product matters directly while a select few require that we handle such matters.  If your item is one that is handled by the manufacturer, we will provide you with the manufacturer’s contact information so that you may work with them directly. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or conerns about the process.

*ALL manufacturers’ warranties are void if the product(s) were not cared for properly.  For most manufacturers this includes, but is not limited to, washing your diapers in fabric softene, bleaching, etc. or  using diaper creams with your diapers.

Local Customers

Green Cheeky Baby is a home-based business. Our goal is to inspire South Florida families through earth-friendly products and cloth diapering education/support. We want to take the confusion out of your cloth diapering journey and help you to find the best system for your family.  If you are local and would like to see and feel the diapers before purchase, please contact us to set up a consultation♥

For customers in the South Florida Tri-county area, we do offer local pick up and/or delivery. Deliveries will be done on Fridays. Please keep in mind that I do have three, small children and there may be times when this may not be possible. In those cases, pick up is still available.
